Hi! I'm Carrie Wren. I'm a Professional Certified Coach, and recovering good girl.
After spending a decade in a profession and marriage that didn't actually suit me, I recognized I wasn't the same person I was ten years earlier. So I walked away from it all. I dismantled the life and career I’d carefully constructed out of “should's” and “supposed to’s,” and rebuilt the life that called to me from deep in my heart and bones. The life of Grown Ass Woman beckoned... and I heeded the call.
My first coach supported me in beginning to create a life that aligns with my deepest desires, needs, and values. As I witnessed the power of coaching in transforming my own life, career aspirations, and relationships, I decided to enroll in an extensive life and leadership coach training in 2016. Immediately, I recognized that I was in the right place. Since then, I've been serving my purpose in the role of Coach.

When I think back to the goals we set, we tackled them all!
Carrie is amazing and I highly recommend working with her! I was trying to recover from serious burnout when I started working with Carrie. I’m so grateful and glad that I invested in myself. Carrie is this great mix of traits where she is super empathetic and intuitive, and also super smart and can keep up with all of the moving pieces in my life and the logical conclusions I sometimes leap to. Through our coaching I developed a deeper understanding of myself, my values, how to express those in the world and guide my decisions. Carrie helped me identify barriers (both self-imposed and tactical) to building sustained habits, and I’m now practicing forms of mindfulness and “noticing” every day that help me be more self-compassionate and have become such a healthy habit. I’ve enjoyed putting all of this into practice, and I feel safer knowing that I have a safety net of skills and beliefs and practices that will help me not fall down into such a deep hole again. When I think back to the goals we set out in the beginning, I do think we tackled them all!
